Abstract

This paper is concerned with the control synthesis problem for systems with time-varying delay and actuator saturation. A new controller design method is proposed in which auxiliary feedback matrix method is adopted to handle the saturation term in the system. The improvement of the proposed method lies in the application of delay partitioning idea to further enlarge the estimated domain of attraction. All the results are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of our obtained results.

Yue GU was born in Heilongjiang, China, 1986. She received her M.S. degree in Control Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2011. Currently, she serves as an assistant engineer in Shanghai Aerospace Control Engineering Institute. Her current research interests include time-delay systems and systems with actuator saturation

Xianwei LI was born in Chongqing, China, in 1985. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Control Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2009 and 2011, respectively. His current research interests include robust control and filtering, and timedelay systems and their applications.

Is it electronic throttle controlled system?

How about telling us what year it is.
I just checked, you don't have a cable controlled system, not even throttle bodys on the head. The butterflys are under the seat/tank area and it's set up requires a bmw scan tool, or ingenuity.
the hand throttle controls a potentiometer, a position sensor more or less, that feeds information to the bike's ecm, which in turn operates an electric actuator, which probably has it's own position sensor that reports back to the ecm the desired throttle body/butterfly position has been reached.

If this has been a gradual thing youprobably have hair around the stopper
try to remove the stopper
depending on how old the drain is you could remove the chrome nut that controls the stopper actuator
if you can get the stopper out you will be able to tell if that is the reason for the drain problem
if you are handy take a pair of channellocks and remove the p trap under the sink
be sure to put a bucket under the trap to catch the water
when you put the trap back on remember to
make sure the trap fits and yu can hand tighten the nuts do
